Our Mission and Vision
The Iona McGregor Firefighter Association is driven by a simple purpose: to serve our IMFD personnel and the community that calls our district home. Through charitable giving, volunteerism, and community partnerships, we strive to make a meaningful difference while carrying forward the tradition of service and compassion that defines the fire service.

2020
IMFA Established
Founded to support IMFD personnel and the community through fundraising, volunteer efforts, and outreach
Compassionate Carry-Out
Provided meals to community members during the COVID-19 pandemic while supporting local restaurants impacted by restrictions.
2021
Firefighter Calendar
Created and sold a calendar featuring IMFD firefighters to raise funds for the association.
2022
Turkey Drop
Launched an annual tradition of donating Thanksgiving turkeys to the Gladiolus Food Pantry to help local families in need.
2023
IMFD Annual Banquet
Began supporting the annual banquet recognizing the achievements, dedication, and milestones of IMFD personnel.
2025
IMFD Cookbook
Helped create the first-ever IMFD cookbook, featuring favorite recipes from department personnel and available for community purchase.
2026
A New Chapter
Introduced a refreshed logo, website, and online presence to strengthen community connections and expand the association's reach.
